  : The apartment is located in the old town super close to all sightseeing and literally next to the castle. You can go everywhere by feet.The apartment was nicely decorated with plenty of light and sun. Even if it was centrally located, it was quiet. There is a kitchen with everything you may need to cook. Also the house was clean. The communication with the host was fast and they even took care issues that was not urgent like a small issue in the bathroom. They are even better than a reception at a hotel!!! We recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again.
  : Personal preference: it would be nice to have a chair and a small table next to the kitchen. Less dust behind the bed. It was not an issue for us but If you have mobility issues consider that the apartment is at the second floor without elevator.

  : Location was the main feature of this property, it is perfectly situated. The apartment is decorated in a modern and pleasant style. This place could be amazing with some tweaks.
  : There were some issues with the apartment during our stay and some general feedback that the management company may find useful. Firstly, it was disappointing that no complementary tea/coffee pods are provided, specially as there is a coffee machine. The general cleanliness was on the surface good; however, the bathroom mirror was caked in greasy dust (so much so I thought that it was a flocked effect frame). The sofa is extremely uncomfortable and had a patchwork of stains which was very off putting. The plug in the bathroom sink does not hold water, there is no plug for the kitchen sink, so a nightmare when washing up. The ironing board does not hold up and appears to be broken. There are decorating materials dumped under the bed, so cannot store bags etc out of the way. During our stay, the noise from other tenants arriving back on an evening was very noisy, this reverberated in the stairwell which has no sound insulation. Pigeons also seem to be an issue if you want to open the bedroom window, extremely noisy and danger of them getting into the flat. The stairwell is also not very inviting and could do with a spruce up and a good clean. Lastly, a proper laminated welcome book would be beneficial and more personable in the property. I feel that the property is relying purely on its location, which is a shame as visitors want more for the luxury tag at least.
