  : The staff was very sweet and helpful
  : It looks like they didn’t even clean the room before we got there. It was soooo disgusting I am surprised we slept there. The floors were disgusting and sticky. The remote has sticky stuff all over it. The chair was stained with white stuff, every where you walked it smelt like smoke or you hear dogs barking. There was a random sketchy dude sitting down the hall just watching everyone come out of their room. The tub was disgusting in the bathroom and the door barely shut/ locked. Truly will never stay at On of these ever again.

  : The room smelled like mold and got worse the longer we were there. The shower curtain was too short so it couldn't keep water in the bathtub, water was always on the floor. We probably used 15 towels just to clean up the water. The "fully stocked " kitchen was non existent. You had to go ask for the items you need and was told it would be an additional charge. There was nothing indicating this either at check in or within the room so we bought the necessities before finding out we had to ask. The pull out bed was stained, had dead bugs and old food in it and the couch was ripped and the seat couch sunk into the couch. The phone worked the first night but didn't work again. There were also no chairs to sit at the breakfast bar which made it difficult for my children to eat their meals.
