  : Dates rooms, everything was a la carte, not even a trash can. Thin towels,Had to pay for extra or clean towels. Property lawn was covered with dog poop, people letting the dogs pee right at front entrance. Trash bags left by front door… homeless people hanging around after dark. Staff not friendly and willing to help. No discounts for seniors or disabled. Won’t be staying at any other extended stay. Left a bad impression.

  : I liked talking with Aisha, ( the hostess) she was very attentive and professional and cute...and the other lady working behind the counter as well.
  : The pool could stand to be open...and more cable movie channels.( They've only got two and both are Showtime.)

  : The location was good in terms of being close to restaurants.
  : The place is run down. They advertise full kitchen but there's no benefit since there are no cooking utensils, no dishes, not even a coffee maker, unless you pay extra for those items. By the time we would add the cost of the basic kitchen utensils, we might as well stay somewhere else. The room and the building is run down. I do NOT plan on staying at any Extended America property ever again.

  : Room was large. Shower was OK. Good hot water. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
  : Not much to like here. Old and fairly run down motel that smells bad in the elevators and hallways. Room is equipped with a full kitchen, but contained NO kitchen utensils or tableware. That had to be ordered separately and paid for. $50 for kitchen pots and pans. $20 for tableware. And wifi was OK, but slow, but you could upgrade by paying more. Seems like ESA has taken a page from the airlines playbook. Offer the bare minimum and charge for everything else that other motels normally include in the room rate. Somewhat deceptive to say there is a kitchen without saying it is totally bare. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but they were hardly around. Registration desk staff seem to have many jobs that keep them away from the front desk.
