  : Great location in the heart of Ermoupoli. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided complementary wine and Turkish delights which were beautiful.
  : No tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very very firm. We had to climb three flights of stairs to our room. Luckily we are fit and had small bags. This would have been difficult for some people.

  : We chose Boutique Florence as it was close to the ferry and We enjoyed our brief stay,our room was very large with a great balcony and view of the harbour.We arrived late as the ferry was late,We had messaged Katerina who showed us to our room,she was very nice throughout our 2 days.

  : A free bottle of wine which we did not use. We checked out before staying.
  : We were put in a hostel type room at the back with squeeky iron beds Inc a bunk bed. It was absolutely nothing like what I booked. We checked out Booking is recovering our front payment.

  : Everything was great! The position was very good, near the centre but also near the port. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The cute interior design was the perfect cherry on top!

  : The location was good, right on the sea front.
  : The room is small, too small for 3 beds in my veiw. The balcony was shared, not mentioned in the spec, although the other rooms were empty at the time so we were the only ones there. The balcony is set back from the from face of the main building. Below it are several heat chineys with hughe fans from resturants which are noisy and throw off a lot of heat late into the night. Only 1 chair in the room. Had to sit on the bed. No tea and coffee making facilities though I accept none were mentioned. No water in the fridge, we had to ask. There was 1 spare pillow for the 3rd bed with no pillow case on it. The sink in the bathroom was partially blocked and the plug didn't work. Last year we stayed at the Locadiera Pansion which is right next door. It was much better...
