  : Location is good, and costumer service as well. Room its according to the price. Not fancy not bad either.
  : It was a bit loud, we had people taking in the hallway for an hour straight really loud like at 1am in the morning

  : Minimal. I had coffee.
  : I booked through Booking.com and received a confirmation from the Hotel. When I arrived they said they didnt have a room for me and Id have to go to their sister Hotel. After much discussion I was given a room which I was happy with. The next morning I was told by a different receptionist that Id have to move! Very basic facilities in room no drinking glass or tea/coffee making facilities which are standard these days. Doors are not slow closure so it was noisy with other guests coming and going. As a single traveller the no room situation when I arrived was very stressful and more so the next day when I was treated as an inconvenience.
