  : Great first time experience of all inclusive. Nice pool and fantastic private beach. Lots of activities and evening shows, loads of food in the restaurant and snack bars including pizza and crepes. Close to the waterpark and Faliraki night life- we walked to both. Easy to get to Rhodes town via the local bus which stops right outside the hotel.
  : Air con didnt work in one of the bedrooms and nothing was dont about it when we reported it to reception. Very hit and miss with the reception staff- one went out of their way to be helpful and gave us some great tips to avoid the crowds, another we asked twice to book us the boat trip to lindos but as they were too busy asked us to keep coming back, eventually we ended up just booking it online and never heard from the reception staff until wed been and come back from the trip and they said theyd booked it for us and we owed them money. After explaining that wed paid online as we had no luck at reception, they said it would come out of their tips. It was incredibly frustrating as we did not confirm with them and they did not follow up with us in a timely manner what they had done. This put a dampener on what was a fantastic holiday.
