  : The room was big enough, as well as the bathroom. It was clean and cosy. The location was closer to the city centre. However, you can walk, which only takes 20-25 minutes, or take the train by going to only one station. It is also an alternative and easy one since you are located next to the train station.
  : I understand that it was mosquito season, and even if you put anti-mosquito, it would be nicer to put a spray instead of a plug-in anti-mosquito device. We had to fight with mosquitos during the evening even if we didn't open the windows :)

  : Large room and large toilet/shower
  : They advertise a 5-minute walk to the station however what they do not mention is that you must climb 38 steps to a bridge that goes over the railway lanes and then go 38 steps down the other side (or 50 steps if you need to go to the street outside the station). Just google Florence campo di marte railway station to see photos. My wife and I are over 70 years old. We arrived by train from Rome and were carrying two 20kg suitcases. There was no way we could go up all those stairs with our luggage so we needed a taxi to go around and paid 13 EUROS for the trip. The management and/or Booking.com should advise potential customers of this situation as by the time you get to the hotel, it is too late to cancel so we were stuck and had to cope with the situation. The only way to get to central Florence from the hotel is by train, so every time you go out, you need to climb the stairs and go across the bridge. The train travel time is only about 8 minutes but you have to wait for the regional trains and depending on the time of day, it varies from 15 minutes to over 1 hour (we arrived one night at Santa Maria Novella station at 10.05 PM and the next train departed at 11.18 PM which was the last one - after that you have to walk or take a taxi. There is no reception whatsoever, forget being able to talk to the owners or managers you cannot even contact them by phone as they do not take calls. They only accept messages through WhatsApp or Booking.com The room was pretty good (large and clean) but the location and the attitude of whoever was answering my messages by phone ruined our stay in Florence. Would not recommend it!

  : It was clean and cozy. You can find all the facilities you want even anti mosquitoes, Hot water and tea. The girl that I forgot her name was nice and friendly and introduced me petiently some great locations for dinner.
  : One problem was that we chose this B&B because it was near the station but there was not any convinient Path to reach there just an overpass without elevator. Another thing is that if you want to pay by cash you should let them know when you check in because there is not a reception after 2 pm.Check out time is 10 AM,I think it was so early
