: The property is in a GREAT location directly across from the Pitti Palace. It was extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 ensuite). There was a rooftop patio easily accessible with views of the Duomo and the Pitti Palace.
: No hot water in bathrooms plus extremely low hot water pressure. Heat did not work initially. Francesca came by the next morning to try and remedy these issues. She was able to get the thermostat corrected so that the heat would come on and did her best with the hot water. As a result we did have hot water but at very low pressure. We were very appreciative of Francesca's efforts. She was sincerely committed to helping to rectify. Apartment could use some sprucing up. Despite the spaciousness it was not well appointed for comfort.

: Fantastic spacious apartment on top floor. Lots of room for us with our two adult children. Great location literally opposite the Pitti Palace. Although we didnt meet her Francesca was prompt and helpful with making arrangements for our stay
: It wasnt an issue for us as four fit adults but the apartment is on the third floor with no lift so some people might find this challenging especially with heavy luggage.

: The location was awesome and the apartment was nice and spacious. Francesca was very nice and check in was quick and easy. Very clean with comfortable beds. My family of 4 had more than enough room. There are no elevators but worth the walk up. The view on the top patio was lovely
