  : We had problems with getting the key from the automat, the buttons on it were not responsive and it showed error several times before we got the keyWe've chosen double bed but in fact there were two single bedsNo carpets in the room

  : This is the third time we have stayed at this Hotel and we have always enjoyed our stay. The staff have always been exceptional and very helpful and the cleanliness of the room could not be faulted. The breakfast was as always very good. Excellent overall with the exception of our arrival.The best asset the Hotel has is the staff. The Lady at breakfast on our last day was excellent, the lady on our first morning at reception was also very helpful but best of all was the gentleman working at the reception on Monday morning. An excellent asset for the Hotel.
  : Our booking was over the weekend and due to traffic issues we arrived about 1730hrs. There was not any reception staff located at the Hotel at this time!We had great difficulty gaining access to the Hotel as all the pin numbers we were given did not work and therefore we were unable to gain access. The lady we phoned (Hotel Contact Number) was very helpful but even the numbers she had suggested did not work. Eventually we were given a number that worked. Stressful to say the least!We had also booked Garage Parking but unfortunately it was not available on our arrival but was offered the following day. To give the Hotel credit, the lady at the reception early on the following day was very helpful and offered a resolution regarding the garage.
