: As others have mentioned, the noise from the plumbing is horrendous. It was loud enough to wake BOTH my husband and I up when our neighbours decided to take a 2 hour bath and showers at 10:30pm at night. It's like a train is coming through your room. Although there is a 10pm 'quiet time' policy, the hotel owner had no intention of enforcing it or even offering to speak to the people who are making a racket. There were only 2 rooms occupied in the whole hotel that night... I don't understand why she didn't space us out. Instead we were put right next to eachother. I texted the owner at 11pm when it became apparent that the noise wasn't going to stop. She claimed this issue had never happened before, which is blatantly untrue reading some other reviews now. I ended up having to knock on the neighbour's door (twice, because the first time, the music was blaring so loud they didn't hear me) and dealing with the matter myself. I have Stage 4 cancer and literally just wanted a night's accommodation when visiting family. Sadly, this hotel did not meet even basic standards.
