WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for £10 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for £30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please be aware that the Kings Road address is the address where the reception is situated; you may not necessarily be allocated at this site.

All three properties are within walking distance from each other and from the town centre.

Please note there are no lifts in any of our locations. We are not advertised as an accessible property.

The apartments are central to the town centre and may experience some noise generated by the general public and traffic.

If a booking is made more than 1 month before arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay will have to be paid when booking. If a booking is made less than one month before arrival, the full amount will be taken at the time of booking. Where a remaining balance is taken one month prior to your arrival and the card declines, the guest has up until 20 days prior to arrival to provide an alternative method of payment or the booking will be cancelled and any deposits paid will be retained. For bookings made within one month of the arrival date and Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

The reception is located at King's Road and is open between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday; between 10:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays and between 10:00 and 14:00 on Sundays. The property ask all guests to have checked into their apartments by 21:00. The property will send you an email the day prior to your arrival with all the information you will need. This email will include which of the three locations you will be staying at and the access instructions including your four digit key box code for your unique key box.
