  : The room was really great, - large bay window, at the front of the house, - and really spacious. The location was good, - only a short walk into town. The place was very clean.
  : I didn't like being asked to check in earlier than I had planned to - I had said 3pm on the booking form but was asked by the owner on the day to come earlier for his convenience. When I arrived just after 12pm he wasn't there and I had to call his mobile to work out where to park [wasn't obvious - I had initially driven to the small car park behind the property but this wasn't right], and to get the code from him for the keypad to get my key and a parking voucher. All a bit stressful. Also, I didn't like the place wasn't lit up at all. I walked back from town on my own quite late both nights and it was the only guest house on the road not to have any lights on either outside or inside. But eerie.

  : The guest house is in a central location of Harrogate, but the bedroom at the back of the house was quiet. The hosts were most welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as juice and a cooked breakfast and the coffee came in a cafetiere.
  : The shower was good, but it was a little difficult to turn on and off.

  : Very nice location close to everywhere in harrogate, walking distance from train station and city centre. Lovely room which is very clean. breakfast is the best!!!
  : Bed was not that comfy, bathroom was a bit too small. no shampoo and shower gel.

  : Stuart was an excellent host, making us feel welcome from day 1. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Harrogate and the surrounding area. The breakfast was great.
