  : Location. Was not very clean as far as bathtub, kitchen, silverware.

  : The property was large enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location was near to grocery stores and restaurants.
  : We did not receive the property we were originally assigned to (101). The replacement property was on the second level. The inside was filthy dirty. The floors black residue on the bottoms of our feet and socks. There was no broom or mop to clean the floors. Dirty washcloths were left in the living area. Only two rolls of toilet tissue and one roll of paper towels was provided for 6 people. The air conditioner in the room with the two double beds would not work so the room temp was very warm. The exterior of the property has a busted fire extinguisher and poorly chosen furniture. I will never rent from this property manager again. Terrible experience.
