  : The location was really great, 2 min walk to get to the main strip and beach. Lots of little food options around.Buses were right out front of the building. I received a nice informative text message from the owner the day before on how to get in and food suggestions, laundry etc. I appreciated that information. Internet and TV were great. Had everything i needed, fridge, microwave, large coffee pot and there was a hot plate and dishes. Big basket on the desk with snorkel gear, body board etc to use. AC worked really good!
  : The pictures were not completely like shown. It is a older building, but it suited my purpose, as i would spend most of my trip out and about. It faces the busy street of Kuhio, so it can be a bit noisy, but when i used the AC, it drown out the traffic noise. Could have used a few extra supplies on hand, like dish towels and toilet paper. The dishes and hot plate were quite dirty when i arrived, so i had to wash everything. And there was a tiny bit of mold around the bathtub, however in a hot and humid climate, older buildings only have windows for ventilation, so that seems to happen.

  : This apartment is not waterfront.
  : Is closed to everything and at the same time is out of the crowd. The parking is in the sale building and is the only parking for 25 in the área.

  : Host was very responsive, checking in and out process was very easy, place was clean though some of the lights weren’t working so the place was a little dark at night but overall it was a great value for the location and cleanliness.

  : I didn't like most everything! The room we got was NOT the room shown in the picture! No view of the ocean! The room was really little and not furnished very well, not even a dresser to unpack. Lived out of our suitcase! It was no smoking yet the balcony had cigarettes and a cigar stuck in the wall! Homeless people slept across the street from us so we had a really good view of them. The Kitchenette was a minifridge, microwave and hot plate with 1 pan to use if you could find a place to set the hot plate up on. The only sink was the bathroom sink. There were wires all over our floor where they had rigged up the lighting and appliances, very dangerous! The washer and dryer that was advertised as being a part of the Studio Apartment, was a Laundry Mat at the back of the building! I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the drift of things. Basically every reason I chose this over a hotel was not useable or acceptable. I should of just got a hotel room and atleast had a nice room.

  : this place was so unhygienic and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The sheets and towels were filthy. The shower and shower screen was mouldy and the curtain had dirt and stains all over it. The bed had dust in it and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. It is nothing like the photos, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The photos do not do this place justice - it was a horrible experience.

  : Sheets & bath stiles were clean, convenient location, stocked bath amenities
  : Cleaning was not details, floor was not mopped (dirts), kitchen items like cooktop/toaster were dusty, Bathtub dirt stain, needs to scrub, ceiling by sink w black molds, lots of wires visible & one across sink, unsafe. Bed was not comfy, can feel the spring. Chris person supposed to return my request to provide a solution, but never did! So here's the host feedback. The unit would benefit simple clean remodeling & better house keeping. It's pretty old, looking, even to charge a little more.
