  : the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. We could easily walk/ ride mobility scooter to Waikiki Beach and restaurants. We could do our laundry for free. We were able to bring our car some nights for a discounted rate. Staff put extra padding on bed to make it bearable (but not comfortable)
  : The very bright light over the kitchen sink could not be turned off without staff climbing on the counter to unscrew bulbs. We were awake all night the first night. The bed was incredibly hard. In order to access the free coffee, we either had to climb stairs or go completely around the block to the ramp. The street had several homeless people sleeping on it. I couldn't get the soccer games, or any programs we really wanted to watch. I even tried to pay to watch them and couldn't get it to work properly. Our nightly rate at Booking.com was $30 - $60 per night higher than if we had booked directly. Then, when we asked to extend one night, they wanted to charge us over $1000 because the Lahaina fire made rooms scarce.

  : The room was equipped with basic appliances for warming, cooking and freezing food. The room was also clean and spacious. The hotel is located near the Waikiki beach.
  : None. Everything was OK.

  : Over the room is good. The kitchen is old but everything is working and you have a basic cooking area. The room is clear. It also has a balcony that is fine with it.

  : The property seemed secure and there was plenty of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and etc provided. We also received plenty of extra towels (after asking for enough for all of us). The location is also only a 5-minute walk from Waikiki beach and very close to many restaurants. We also received 50% of the rate which made this stay more worth the price.
  : We found out that we needed to pick up the key at reception a street over upon arrival at the condos (we were not informed before then), the kitchen was infested with ants, and we weren't provided enough sheets and towels for the three of us on the reservation. The beds weren't overly comfortable either and the pillows were thin.
