  : The rooms were nice. I loved the bed. The breakfast was very good. The staff seemed friendly.
  : In the bathroom, the light fixture. There was no cover, and I could see the light pulg in. I was afraid to take a shower. Also, the bathroom wall and doors look rough.

  : The included breakfast was such a nice bonus. Even with 2 toddlers we still managed to get there before they stopped serving. The staff was pretty friendly and it was so nice to have a pool. The beds were comfy but very tall and the room had an hdmi cord we used to connect to a laptop for youtube for the kiddos because the cable doesn't have any kid friendly channels. The freezer actually freezes!
  : The rooms are stuffy. Both kiddos were coughing from the poor air circulation. The TV has no kid friendly channels. The rooms are a bit rough but they're fine for overnight. Patchy ceilings, the bathroom door looks like there was a mirror on it that got pulled off and the glue painted over. When house keeping came to our room we were 5 minutes from leaving and they refused to come back (which is fine) but they gave the toddlers dirty looks from being around. And then they didn't even vacuum the room once we left. The pool had a lot of bugs in it later in the day but there's no skimmer accessible to clean it yourself.

  : Staff was super friendly and check in was EASY. Property was easy to get to and right off a major connector. Breakfast was great, hot food, beverages, and a place to sit n eat.
  : The SMELL....I'm not sure if it was the carpet or the AC...but anytime the wall AC moved the air, it STUNK badly. I was already settled in and didn't want to pack everything back up to move, but 101 smelled AWFUL. Yes, I should have changed, but after 900 miles and it being midnight, after a needed shower, I was done. The bed was HARD, not firm, HARD, but I was so tired I slept anyway.The property needs some work, like any other used hotel, but that was ok.

  : I normally never have any issues with the comfort as a matter of fact it is usually my go to hotel , however this last trip I most recently stayed there everything seemed great at first I booked through booking and upon arriving it was pretty easy getting my room and the night audit was awesome, however after checking into the room and deciding that I wanted to book for an additional night I immediately went back down to front desk and let the concierge know. His response was to come back first thing in the morning and he'd be sure to get me set up in same room at the same cost. He wasn't able to just add additional night right that second because I booked through booking.... So after going to bed and having the early wake up to ensure I was going to be able to enjoy having room for the following night (which would've been tonight through Saturday) I was abruptly told that it wasnt going to happen unless I paid significantly more than i was promised to pay , and I stayed calm and responded in a respectful manner that i did not have the extra funds in my account to cover and was quite upset about incident. I did however remain calm when trying to explain what was promised to me the night before and that if I had known that it would have been more out of my pocket the following morning to rent the room for an additional night that I would've paid for it the original night I checked in. After being let down by the morning concierge I asked for a manager and was dismissed by her rudely that Mike wouldn't be in for the weekend
