  : Fantastic location , lovely staff and great breakfast
  : The bedsheets had a few stains and a few holes in the first room. Had to ask the receptionist to accommodate us in a different room. The cleaners need to pay more attention to the finer details

  : Great location on a quieter street, rooftop patio, decent breakfast spread, very friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to Grand Bazar (5-7min), historic district (10min), streetcar stop to historic district and Beyoglu neighborhood (3-5min).
  : Like other mid-range, European city hotels, the rooms are small. The hotel is also very close to a speaker for the Adhan. For the Fajr and Sunrise calls, this could be disruptive in the early hours without earplugs. However, the Adhan is broadcast everywhere so non-Muslim travellers will need to grow accustom to it regardless.

  : The Reception staff were absolutely Fantastic . They gave me great advice on Shopping , places to eat etc . They went out of their way to help me with any questions /situations . If I return to Istanbul , then I would go to this Hotel .
  : WIFI was a bit "in & Out" , as I was on the top floor , but I managed & took my Tablet to the reception area if i needed to send emails etc

  : They have elevator in the building for you excess different floor but you have to walk on stairs when go to their reception.
  : Difficult to bring luggage when check in due to you have to walk on stairs before enter the hotel. The room is noisy due to the hotel is next to the busy road. Shops around and many dispatch driver will horn the car although at early morning, it is annoying. The breakfast is in the basement and no view at all.
