  : Good location, tasty breakfast.Clean facilities.
  : Uncomfortable hard bed, couch also very hard.No furniture on patio with difficult door to access patio. Very depleted/limited supplies in kitchenette. Not serviced during the week we stayed. Had to request fresh towels.

  : Location and the 2 brothers who ran the hotel were great. Breakfast was better than expected (having read the reviews), loved the fact there were traditional options and the view from the dining area was stunning. Room was a great size and bathroom was very good.
  : Just little things, room wasnt dirty but probably needed a spring clean. Towels while there plenty were a bit threadbare and ability to make coffee/ tea in room would have been good.

  : The staff were extremely helpful and if I had to give a rating according to the staff, it would be a 10. We arrived earlier and they let us check in earlier which was great. They directed us to nearby parking lots which was very useful. Thank you!
  : However, the overall experience was not great. The location of the flat is very close to most tourist attractions, but the neighbourhood is extremely dirty and chaotic. It's very difficult to get there because of traffic and the shops that are around. We also thought we are booking a flat with 2 rooms, however, it turned out it's just one room with 5 beds inside. We were 5 adults, so you can imagine 5 adults in one room with one bathroom was not great. I double checked and nowhere in the reservation it says it's just one room. The reservation states it's a family suite. The balcony was unusable as it was extremely dirty. The room was not the cleanest either, but we rushed them to let us in earlier which I am guessing it could be due to that. The towels had holes in them and very worn out. The price wasn't that cheap to justify the quality in my opinion.

  : Great place. Very close to all main visitor points. And close to all travel connections
  : Just the fact that the next door is under construction and the noise was unbelievable. They have poring concrete un till midnight and have started banging the following morning at 8.00 no considering.

  : The staff are really helpful and informative. The location is fantastic and central. Like the majority of Istanbul there are some steep areas. There are plenty on restaurants around as well that seem to be popular with locals and tourists.
  : The breakfast is pretty basic. Although we booked a double room what were given were two single beds pushed together which was quite uncomfortable especially as the duvet wasn't big enough for two people. The room itself was smelling a little musty and you could smell sewage at times in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is quite small. The 4 nights we slept our bed wasn't made, unsure why this was.

  : The staff was friendly, the help and the location was good but on a steep street if you have a lot of luggage it is difficult to find a taxi. Overall I liked the place.
  : It was not cleaned during three days of our stay. No daily cleaning service.

  : Room sizes are good. Hidayet, the owner was very nice and helpful. Location is fantastic, 4 minutes walk from beyazit tram station and grand bazar. Lots of local food places very near by
  : We had two rooms. On the first day one of the toilet was smelling a bit but it was gone by second day
