  : Good comfortable mattress, hot water for showering, nice back balcony where you can meet the neighborhood cats.
  : Very few power sockets, no bed side lamps, the kitchen sink was leaking in the cupboard below it, no offer for a change of sheets or towels in an 8 night stay from the host.

  : The staff was very friendly, helped me with my suitcases, and let me know they were available if I needed anything at all. I was also upgraded to a bigger room for free.The location was just what I needed near Taksim. With suitcases, it's about a fifteen-minute trek up and down the streets from the Havaist bus stop, but it's only a three-minute taxi ride. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.
  : When I lay down on the mattress, the entire thing felt like it tilted to the side, so I had to position myself so as not to roll to the edge of the bed. The bathroom had some issues (missing a handle on the sink faucet, some broken pieces on the shower pipe), but nothing that hindered the use of either the sink or the shower.

  : Nice place: comfy bed, clean towels and sheets, a kettle, a microwave and a fridge in the room, good working heating, nice and helpful staff. Good transport connection - under 10 min walk from Taksim square.
  : Very loud street at night. It would be nice to have a set of kitchen utensils for two persons in a room for two.

  : We got a bigger room than the one we booked (probably twice the size) and we got a discount of 1,30 per day.
  : - moldy shower - shower door was missing, some stuff in the bathroom was broken - blinds weren't working - holes in the bedsheets - WiFi was barely working - we complained and asked for a different room, but the manager wanted more money for it - somebody threw trash on our balkony - Room in a cellar, thus no view - high humidity and hard to breathe - there was a construction site right next to the hotel, so it was very loud sometimes - We heard shots at night and one time there was a very confused, probably drugged person in front of the entrance, which was very scary - there was no reception desk, we had to contact the owner/ manager via WhatsApp which was kinda weird to me - instead of regular roomcleanings we had to ask for it on WhatsApp - very bad room "cleaning" service, we asked to get our room cleaned and for new towels once, they didn't clean the floor and only half of the towels got replaced, even though they were clearly dirty - no breakfast (which was okay bc we wanted to eat out anyways) I have been in hotels for the same price but they were never that dirty. - update: after posting the review, the manager contacted me again on WhatsApp and told me to delete my review, that my behaviour is disgusting and that I'm stingy because I didn't wanted to pay more money for a room with out mold in the shower??? This is very unprofessional.
