  : Deposits are not returned. More than 15 days have passed, but the deposits have not been returned. Please check your accounts for a refund of the deposit by this hotel. In the "Important information" section, they indicate that the deposit will be refunded after check-out and returned to the card. However, the money is not returned after 15 days. When we contacted the manager, she printed out a paper stating that the money was returned. In her presence, we called the bank and the bank denied this information, confirmed that the hotel DID NOT RETURN the money. She said that she did not know what to do, that you need to wait. I recommend everyone who booked this hotel to check their accounts for a refund of the $ 200 deposit

  : We love the rooms and the pools. Staff was quick to help with anything we needed. Very comfy. Second visit and will continue to stay there.
  : Pool closes early the first several nights. Smoke alarms kept going off. Had a drug dealer downstairs from us who kept giving us code phrases to try and sell us drugs and walked around very high saying random things with our kids outside. That was the last couple days they were there and last day that they were trying to sell of drugs. Not right under us. They were downstairs in the ones to the right of us. Didn't ruin our stay but scared me as we were packing to leave.Also we miss the movie by the pool!!Oh and balcony fan and light wouldn't work at times.

  : I loved everything about the property! It was close to everything: shopping, Disney parks, restaurants, and Walmart! It's a perfect location if you have kids. The staff is excellent, and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation!
  : The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and that was my only issue.

  : I had to double and triple check that my room had work tickets open to avoid being charged the deposit for what was not caused by me. The place could use some serious maintenance.

  : Everything-room is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Pools are great, located near everything. This is our second trip staying there. Feels like a home away from home.
  : Wifi only works for certain mobile devices. Did not work on my phone or tablet, but worked on my laptop and sons tablet. Had same issue during previous stay.
