  : We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored the space centre and lakes around the area for photography.Parking: Ample parking available. We were able to park in the shade and close to our room.Location: Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and shops. Nice base for us as we explored the nature in the vicinity.WiFi: No connectivity issues.Room: Very dated and old. Could do with renovations.Bed: Comfortable and large. We slept well.Bathroom: Shower and toilet are separate. Bathroom sink is located within the bedroom itself. Nice lighting. Towels and basic toiletries were provided.Laundry: We accessed the laundry room. You can purchase laundry powder from reception. You will need the reception staff to operate the machines for you after you pay. The laundry is accessible all day and night.Staff: Friendly and helpful.Tea & Coffee Facilities: Available in our room but we didn't use them.
  : Breakfast: Limited selection - cereals, fruit, yoghurt, waffles, coffee, juices, eggs.Breakfast Staff: Rude and controlling. Would tell you to push your chair in as you were sitting at your table. Would readjust your seating as you were seated. It was one staff member in particular. Very strange woman.Air Conditioning: Smelled like mould. Left the room very humid. Couldn't open the windows.

  : I booked this on booking.com When we arrived I had 2 rooms booked and asked for side by side or adjoining. I was emailed that they did not have adjoining but would note I requested side by side. Check in was great and quick and that’s about where it ended. When I went to my room there was a strong smell of marijuana, the person next to me opened the door and it was obvious where the smell was coming from. The smell was even in our room. My daughter’s room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. So on my way to take the kids to the pool I stopped at the front desk to ask if I was placed in a smoking section and was informed the hotel was smoke free. I asked her to go up to my room because indeed smoking was a problem. My daughter then came to the pool and told me neither of our keys would open the door. I again went into the lobby and was called over to be told very apologetically that she was going to move our rooms, she wasn’t sure why we were placed there in the first place. She also said she was upgrading us at no charge, noting I never asked for this but thanked her. So we repacked our belongings and were given the new rooms. Now backing up to the pool, pool was advertised as being heated, which it was not and very frigid. The rooms around the pool on the first floor were all being renovated and the jackhammering made so much noise we just decided to go back to the room. The next day breakfast was ok and we were gone by 830 and didn’t return till 1100 pm. The next morning we were awoke to Jack hammering directly under the room we were staying in. We proceeded to check out, and when asked how our stay was told her not very good. The following day before writing a review I called booking.com and explained all that happened. He tried to reach management but was unable to because they were in a meeting but said my upgrade was my compensation.

  : Rooms has a good size for two people. Breakfast is good but not as good as my previous stay a couple of years ago.
  : Although we already knew it, it is far away from Universal Studios. If you are visiting Disney, location is good.

  : Friendly front desk clerk. Close proximity to Disney.
  : Gave us a recently renovated room at check it. Clean, nothing fancy or special. New paint on walls, that was poorly applied, noticable streaking, light and dark areas. Paint above toilet was peeling. Mirror above sink not update, shows missing silvering from years of service. Updated lamps and ceiling lamp oversized and tacky. Shower head would not stay in place, kept slipping towards and spraying wall. Floor creaked when standing in tub and walking across the floor. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Could hear constant road traffic and people above walking incessively back and forth. Third stay in 2 months. May not be back.

  : The place could use some TLC. It's feeling a bit neglected and outdated. A renovation would make a big difference.

  : The location since our purpose was to visit the Disney World. Breakfast was also pretty good.
  : The hotel appears to be old...the room was clean but furnishings in the room were visibly aged. For example, a lamp shade frame was rusting out. Saw piles of beddings and frames in the back of hotel so maybe you've already started to update the hotel.
