  : It has the potential to be a beautiful hotel.
  : Everything was shut down. Pool, spa, restaurant, breakfast and no cable tv. Felt like I was staying at an apartment in the bad part of Detroit. It was just myself and my 4 kids so I was left up all night uncomfortable and almost just packed and left.

  : Nothing--it looked like a ghost town. In fact, another person checking in stated that it was a really nice hotel in its "hay day".
  : They did not have a pool or hot tub working--I don't think they ever do--they just advertise on Booking and other engines they do. There were bugs in the bed. My son called and tried to get me compensated for this but nothing has happened. Staff were not very present, sometimes rude, and I think the owner or manager--would just yell, "customer customer" to the one poor worker we saw

  : Rooms are 2nd floor and up, pool closed until further notice, front desk said to talk to the manager in the morning to resolve the problem for that night... taking out the dogs is a longgg walk (handicaped): Parking in the back, elevator near the front, coming down from room, sign out for potty time in the front lobby, all the way back to the back entrance/ parking lot, across the street to dog area. Oh the annoyance.

  : The beds at this hotel are extremely comfortable and for a last minute, spur of the moment, trip the price was just right.
  : The hotel is in disrepair. The pool is closed, the restaurant is closed, half of the rooms are closed... we were told it is smoke free, but there were workers gutting a room just doors down from us, smoking. The first room we checked into was filthy and there were bugs in/on the beds. The second room was also dirty, but not nearly as bad, we also found bugs in this room. There was also a missing shower curtain and holes in the sheets and blankets. When we went to the staff about it, they were very off put by our requests, I even had to install the shower curtain MYSELF! There was no offer of compensation or credit or anything for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms. We contacted booking because of the conditions and they assured us a manager would be in contact and they never were. We were also stopped by an employee every time we entered the hotel and asked for our room number or to show them our room key, this got annoying really quickly. Parking in front of the building is very limited and they do have parking in the back, but it is dark and run down and we even heard employees state they wouldnt leave their car back there for a night.
