  : The host, Tony was very friendly and helpful and even arranged for us early check-in, since we arrived couple of hours before the usual check-in. 10/10We also liked self-check-in. (the apartment has a key box with the lock, so we were able to quickly get in and also check out the same way, which is a time saver)Good wi-fi. The location. The apartment is in the city center and only couple of minutes walking from the beach and everything that you might need.
  : Everything seemed clean and as on the pictures - but what makes it unpleasant stay is the mold and the dirty shower/bathroom with the very dim/low lights inside so you can't see it at the first glance. The shower also worked very strange. The host explained it worked on the solar system, but the water is either boiling hot or freezing cold when showering, there's no in between as much as we tried to find the balance.Whole apartment smelled like bleach. The building itself. I'm not sure this is something the host can do about, but the building is really dirty and there were big dead coach roaches on the stairs and also something that looked like a poodle of piss.

  : I would recommend the apartment as a cozy, clean place with everything necessary for a short stay. We stayed for 3 days, and it was perfect for our needs. However, for a longer stay, I would prefer an apartment with a balcony or terrace because there is not much space for laundry, and the ventilation is not very strong. When we came home in the evening, there was a slight smell of damp towels from the bathroom, but it's not critical if you open the window. The location is superb, and everything is within walking distance. I was bothered by mosquitoes, despite the mosquito net, as they could get through the cable through the window or the front door. I suggest using mosquito repellent, and the problem will be solved.

  : The location is excellent, close to restaurants and bus stops (350m). The apartment is small and very comfortable. I really liked the blinds on the balcony. We did not agree with the owner of the apartment, but we had excellent communication by phone.
  : The water is slowly leaking from the siphon on the sink and the shower, it needs cleaning. The internet is interrupted in the bedroom area!
