  : Location was good but the beach was closed due to some leak in some sewage system.
  : Do not go to this hotel. They will double charge you for resort fee. When you call them for refund they are just not ready to pay you back. For me, booking.com charged me full price with all taxes, resort fees etc before even I checked in. Then when I checked out from the hotel they charged me again for the resort fee. I realized it later when I came back home. To fix this I called the hotel 3 times. And I still do not have my refund. First time when I called, they promised they will refund me. I waited a week, nothing happened.Second time I called, same false promise.Third time I called yesterday, now they were saying booking.com does not give them the resort fee, but after some time they understood the problem and sent a refund, but today morning I checked my credit card, and I see they reversed the refund. So now I am still double charged and I am needing to go through all this hassle unnecessarily. Very poor experience and I will make sure they get a letter from lawyer.

  : The property is just old. When you see pop corn ceilings, everything is clear.We had a room in the first floor and it was humid, the moldy smell.The room doesn't have any ventilation so if you turn off the AC you can feel the moisture and all your clothes will be moist.The Air cos îți Omer was empty for couple of days, no one refilled and the shampoo had soap instead, o my after couple days they refilled it properly, but conditioner was still empty.You will pay 25$/night for the parking and if you arrive later in the night, very hard to find a spot in front of the hotel(there is another parking on the side, but don't know anything about it).The staff and the beds with pillows are okay, no complaints, but the room itself, for the money you pay and then another 25$/day for parking, that is sad.The photos that the hotel has posted, are just filtered with colors and photoshop.Things look different.

  : Nice open air lobby. Proximity to Kapaa and the ocean. Fresh water bottles and filling stations
  : Carpets were worn out, AC was extremely noisy. They just started charging $25/night to park on top of $375/night fee - that's getting really expensive for at best a mid level hotel. The hotel had virtually no emergency plan when power went out. No PA system, no txt messages, no flashlights in the rooms, no backup power... Not impressed
