  : This is a nice 2 bedrooms apartment, with a small private garden - a huge bonus for summer. The garden is small, but very beautiful with old plants and flowers (though not well maintained, see my other comment). The apartment is convenient, the kitchen has all the necessary facilities for heating the food or cooking. The washing machine has a drier, and it is possible to dry the clothes also in the garden. The location is great, very quiet neighbourhood. Not far from Camden market. You have to walk almost 1 km to the tube station (Tuffnel park), but it is nice walk, all sidewalks and pretty houses around.
  : The garden was not well maintained and the terrace furniture (the table and chairs) were obviously very dirty. I cleaned them myself in order to be able to use them. Also, the garden plants seemed not to be watered for a long time, so I watered them myself every day, as it was very hot weather (and if you rent this apartment - please do this, too, as apparently the renting company does not care for plants). Otherwise the garden is wonderful, and I felt sorry to see that the plants suffer in the heat.

  : Location was perfect. Extremely quiet ground floor flat.
  : The smell of the bathroom wasn't great, wet towel smell throught the stay. No tea towels to dry washing up.

  : the house is lovely, perfect go a weekend getaway where we were not spending a lot of time in the house itself. comfortable beds, kids loved the bunk beds, bathroom worked really well, lounge and patio was lovely, we only went back to shower and sleep, so was perfect for us!
  : there is a little drip from the kitchen tap that needs to be tended too, but there is nothing else to complain about, i did not feel robbed when i stayed here.

  : The location was good for visiting a friend and 10 minute walk to the underground. It is quiet and comfortable. I don't know if I would call it charming, but it was functional and good value for our stay. We had plenty of room, we didn't cook, but the the kitchen had everything we needed.
  : We didn't have any toilet paper when we arrived. I messaged Houst and they responded quickly and asked that we buy some and send our receipt to be reimbursed. Several lamps were unplugged. We would have liked some kind of house manual describing how things work (washing machine, location of key for locking windows, location of restaurants nearby). I had to verify my ID with Houst, a property managing company and needed to upload a photo and voice recording before I could complete the booking. I received messages about our stay from Booking.com and Houst.

  : The location was great for us with parking . Never a problem to get a space which was important for us. Secure car park . Good price . Perfect base for us
  : Lots of personal belongings in the property . Wardrobe was full. Couldnt use it . Hallway cupboards were full . Things under the bed and at the bottom of bunks. This freaked the kids out a bit . They kept thinking someone was living there and going to come home while we were there . Could do with a deep clean and declutter

  : Large and comfy rooms. Great value for money.. Tube stations 15 min walk.
  : The location was very quiet at night, not many shops and people around.
