  : Well I missed the shared bathroom part of the description or I would have never booked it. The bed was hard with only a pillow each. The TVs wires were just hanging everywhere. Only two hangers in the wardrobe. The curtain rail looked like someone had thrown against the wall and hoped for the best.

  : Room 2as clean and had everything we needed. We liked the fact it was quiet and not near a main road too.
  : The confusion over whereabouts the room was in the building. (Room 3) we ended up knocking on someone elses door. After trying the upstairs door with a key which didn't fit the lock we thought we had the wrong key, but turned out to be unlocked we just needed to push it open to get to our room.

  : The room we stayed in was converted from a living room + kitchen. There was no carpet in the room, and a scary partition was used in the middle of the living room to isolate the kitchen space. The refrigerator is almost useless, especially the noise of the refrigerator is very loud, which greatly affects sleep. The sound insulation of the room is almost zero, and the sounds from next door can be clearly heard, especially the sounds of opening and closing the door and the public toilet - yes, it is a public toilet. There were almost no tableware in the room, only an old kettle, two home-made water cups, and a cheap iron spoon. The TV was an old one that couldn't connect to the Internet. The room had a huge sofa that was out of place and it didn't look like a guest room. But a temporary shelter. I admit I was attracted by the low price, but even so, I don't think the quality of the room was worth the price! By the way, the room number is not written at all on the booking app listing page. When I called customer service, no one answered at first. It took me asking for directions to figure it out.

  : Details provided were the only positive I have to say for this stay.
  : This apartment had no hot water to have shower om arrival, and when I contacted the host, they assured me a maintenance engineer was on the way. No maintenance arrived on the night after a long day of travelling, and working the first thing on my mind is to have a nice hot shower. I chased the host, who then said the maintenance engineer would arrive in the morning, I asked what time and had no response. Fast forward to the morning, no contact, and no engineer, and I had to leave without being able to freshen up. This is appalling behaviour I didn't expect, especially going off the location alone, I expect some degree of standards. If you enjoy ice-cold showers, you won't have an issue

  : Pros: Proximity to 02 arena (walking distance / saves on transport fees). Clean room. En suite. Tea/Coffee facilities. Linen/Towels/Hair dryer/Iron/Fan.
  : Cons: Was not easy to find the apartment which caused us delays getting to our concert. Walls are paper thin, woken up several times a night by loud neighbours and just heard people that were using the communal bathroom being sick every morning for 2 days. Stained mattress topper. TV freeview did not work. Pillows were too hard which resulted in 2 poor nights sleep. Room temperature never came below 23 degrees despite having a fan which also made sleeping uncomfortable. For what I paid I would not consider this stay good value for money unfortunately. Genuinely could not wait to leave which is a shame as Ive never experienced anything like this before.
