  : Everybody was very helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Shower and toilet were exceptionnally clean.
  : Due to historic windows with coloured glass, light sleepers might hear slight traffic noise. For us, it was no problem at all.

  : Booked after reading the good reviews, we were very happy. The size of our twin room was good (big for London standards!) The bathroom, although small, was obviously newly refurbished, nice and clean and the shower worked well.We appreciated the electric fan in our room (Room 22) and the fact that the windows could be opened. Comfy beds with clean, crisp bedding and two good pillows with a cushion and throw for extra comfort. Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. The TV worked well. I'd phoned ahead to ask about a hairdryer and was told to ask for one when we checked in, this was delivered to our room within minutes. We checked in at the bar, and the person we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful with questions re a local shop and bus stops.The hotel is very close to Westercombe Park Rail station, and it was VERY easy to get to and from the O2 Arena (the reason for our stay). We caught a bus to and from the venue and there were instructions in our room regarding the correct bus to catch and the stops to use - very helpful. I couldn't log in on the 'Guest Hotel' wifi, but tried the 'Guest Bar' wifi and got in immediately, so all good. So good, that I've booked again for a future concert visit.
  : The only bit of the room that looked un-refurbished was the bathroom door. It is a sliding door, but it was quite jiggly to get it to close and noisy. Would be nicer if it was fixed, but should not put you off staying here!!

  : The hotel is in a great location. It is only few minutes walk from the local Westcombe Station. It is close to the O2 arena- a 30 minute walk or short Uber ride or the buses run regularly.. The room was clean and the shared shower room and the toilet were both clean.
  : Just be aware of the steep stairs to the top floor.

  : The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they are clean, comfortable and incredibly good value for this area of London. The hotel is a beautiful, characterful building with an extensive bar on the ground floor. It’s really well located - just 3 mins from the train station where you can get trains to Greenwich and London Bridge. Or you can walk to North Greenwich and the O2. The staff are really friendly - Katy checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again!

  : Cheap uber to the O2.
  : We had not notice that our room came without a toilet/bathroom, so the experience became more a hostel stay, than a hotel experience, Hence the bath/toilet not only used by us either. The beds were clean, but the carpet on the floor, not so much.
