  : The location was good close to where we wanted to go.
  : We were in a lower ground floor below pavement level . The room had a musty moldy smell to it. We had to buy an air freshener. There were mold stains on walls and around windows and the bathroom was tiny. Couldn't get into the shower it was so small and closing the shower door would be impossible.. I can't say all rooms are this bad as we didn't see them but this room was certainly one of the worse we have stayed in.

  : The location was near Hyde Park where I was going to see Stevie Nicks.
  : There was black mould on the toilet ceiling meaning I could not shower. A heater covered in dust had been plugged in next to the bed and left on before I arrived to the point where the room was so hot and given the location of the heater I considered it a fire hazard. Both the bathroom window and the bedroom window inexplicably had ladders outside them leading from the lower ground up to the window, among a pile of rubbish including some kind of pipe detached from the wall that traveled up the to the height of the windows as well. This made me extremely uncomfortable and I could not sleep well, because in addition to this the bed was dirty with hairs on it and the carpet had stains along with what appeared to be specs of blood on the wall next to the pillow.My friend’s room was even worse, with the bathroom visibly dirty including the toilet and damp on the bedroom wall behind the headboard.We did not have time to arrange different accommodation and had travelled for hours so except the fact that as soon as my friend complained she was advised to book somewhere else rather than checking in, as well as another couple who were complaining being given the same advice as they were complaining as soon as we arrived, in every other regard the staff were nice enough but indicated that they experienced complaints often and could essentially do nothing other than move us rooms which by all indications from the couple at our arrival as well as my friends, other rooms were even worse than mine.However, I still considered my room more or less uninhabitable because of the black mould in conjunction with everything else as I have asthma and financial constraints meant I was unable to book anywhere else at such short notice, especially without being assured of a refund as my friends were not. It was also the disabled room I was put into despite not being disabled so I assumed it would be the most sizeable room in the property.

  : Mould all over the wall at the side of the bed. Springs in bed constantly popping when you turned over and mattress was rock hard.Tap in bathroom covered in mould. Tea and coffee making facilities but no cups to use them.

  : Great location. Lots of lovely restaurants, a short walk to Hyde Park
  : The double room was tiny, the blinds were broken, the TV had no reception. The 'bathroom' was tiny, and couldn't really fit an adult in there.

  : The room was filthy with mould coming out of the ceiling.

  : Location was very convenient, room was tidy and bed was very comfortable. Private bathroom was very nice and also kettle was a nice bonus. Extremely easy check-in and check-out, would likely stay here again!
  : The TV had a non-UK plug, so it can only be used with a travel adaptor - as I was travelling from another place in the UK I didn’t have one so it was a little but inconvenient. Also the shower head attachment to the wall was very loose so it was difficult to position it correctly.

  : Everything else, the room was a box room unbelievably hot couldn’t sleep due to heat, uncomfortable bed and people slamming doors throughout the night. We had stains on the walls and in the bathroom which we couldn’t tell if it was blood, sick or poo.
