  : Location is really good- next to the tube and easy to connect.
  : Even thoigh there was arrangement for a specific hour, the staff was not there to provide the keys. On top on the instruction was provided another number of appartment, which the janitor checked and scared the lady, who stayed there. Nobody picked up the phone provided, no answering on my mail and via booking message for 20 min. The apartment needs refurbishment.

  : Communications with property managers, Still Life, was initially very poor leading to me arriving at the property with incomplete documentation and no entry instructions. (Still Life blamed Bookings.com). Once proper contact was established, Still Life were kind enough to go to some trouble to let me into the property early.
  : I was extremely disappointed to find very limited consumables in the apartment: two tiny vials of bath soap and shampoo, insufficient for a five night stay. For over GBP150 per night, one would have expected sufficient soap for the entire stay. Furthermore, even though the apartment had a washing machine, no sachets of soap powder were provided. For a 5 night stay, I would normally plan to do a clothes wash mid week but was not inclined to buy a huge box of washing powder for one wash. Still Life made the excuse that they do not provide washing powder because of potential allergies. Non-allergenic washing powder is readily available and should be provided. No cleaning gear such as sponges/wipes in the kitchen. Much of the furniture and fittings in the apartment were in a poor state of repair - drawers broken, door to access the balcony inoperable. The provision of a free taxi service from the airport to the property was welcomed, until the taxi was 25 mins late arriving at the airport. not good at 5.30am after a 17 hour flight!!
