  : It has potential for being in a great location
  : Had a request for a late check- in, by messaging the property some days before my arrival which was COMPLETELY IGNORED.. arrived at the hostel anyway to see if I could at least leave my luggage. The door was closed and no one answered the bell. I had to find a new accomodation in Hollywood, on a weekend, after a long flight, at a ridiculous hour at night. Horrible customer service.

  : What I enjoyed the most about the Hollywood highland hotel and hostel, was the privacy, for most of our stay we were the only ones there which made us feel really good, the staff is super friendly and comprehensive specially the cleaning lady. Most of our stay was perfect.
  : Being a hostel and on top of that being located in Hollywood you’re bound to find “awkward” people there sometimes.

  : -The lady is nice and protective, she is very sweet!!!-Since covid only one person by room, so even thought the rooms are not really clean, the fact that you are alone is reallyyyy cool-No pb with the shower
  : -Wasn't very clean, mattress barely comfortable-There is nobody at the office. You can try to call them, mail them, send them a message via Booking they won't see it. If you arrive late after midnight, there is litterally nobody!! I arrived at 1am, and I didn't know what to do because the accommodations were so expensive, so I just ring again and again then I sat for about 20mn fortunately someone arrived and he told my to go to Hollywood Liquors (the supermarket right next to it) and the guy just called the lady for me, they were both very nice and everything but this kind of hostel is too problematic. Then for check out I did it early (6:45am) and despite the fact that I asked her how to do and she told me to go the supermarket again, the supermarket was closed !!!!!! So I just left the key in the room, and once again I can't join the lady to tell her about it, I tried to call the supermarket I can't get somebody, the fact is you let a deposit of 10$ for the key (at the supermarket btw), so I didn't get it back!!!!! Plus one more thing : when I arrived there was a guy in the room, and she had to told him to get out so I could get this room because he wasn't suppose to be here, so I got the room but of course no cleaning at all, so if you read it entirely until here, you got it : no organisation and complicated.
