  : We only saw the dirty breakfast tables in the evening
  : We never got our prepaid rooms even though we confirmed our arrival two hours before via telephone because they had overbooked themselves. Only security in the lobby who couldnt help, and the person at the emergency phone number refused to give us a confirmation that we never received our keys. We had to find sth else with kids and lots of luggage in the middle of the night.

  : Bad Hotel ExperienceMy stay at this hotel left me with a few concerns. Firstly, I noticed some issues with room service potentially mishandling my personal belongings. Moreover, there was an unpleasant odor lingering in the hallway. On Sundays, I had anticipated breakfast starting at 07:30 am as they told me, but it was not available at that time. In an attempt to address this, I visited the reception twice, but unfortunately, no front desk personnel were present to assist me. Ultimately, I had to leave without breakfast, which, in retrospect, may have been a better choice. I did not feel safe in the surroundings of the hotel at all. Considering these experiences, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
