Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : When I booked the room online, free wifi was included in the room facilities. On our check-in day we arrived at the hotel and paid for our stay at the reception before we go up to our room. After the payment was processed, I asked about how we can connect to WiFi in the room and the receptionist lady at the counter went inside to ask the manager about it. When she came back, she told us that there is no connection in the room because the router got broken in the moring of that day. I argued that they should have told us about the problem before we finalised the payment, so that maybe we could cancel our stay. She forwarded my complaint to her manager who I could see from distance. He was extremely ignorant and rude. He did not even looked at us or even did not came to us to apologize. He just send her back to us again to say that this is the case. Zero effort to solve our problem and even worse, zero effort to ease our frusturation. Definitely a no buy. I am almost pretty sure that those routers gets broken again and again just the day when the guests arrive.

  : Everything was bad. Very dirty. Without even towels and pillows in the room. Paid for parking , and they said are foul .

Wonderful

  : Very clean, good size apartment and wifi speeds for kids. Separate twin room and living room with sofa bed and pull out bed under TV. Good supermarket on main road, left out of main door and around 3 minute walk for dinner in (no oven). Excellent breakfast. Perfect for our stop overnight.
  : Apartment top floor of building adjacent to hotel with no lift. Parking in main hotel car park off one way system. Short walk from car park to apartment main door then a few flights of stairs, no worries for us but just to say.
