  : Breakfast options honestly were limited to eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, oatmeal and juice products. I appreciated that the hotel was close to fast food choices and donut joints so I could get a frozen coffee one morning if I desired. Room was comfortable and quiet, and I appreciate the staff honoring my request to be on top level at end of hallway and the bathroom was right in the shower having a sliding glass door which was modern and nice. I came to the area to check out some theme parks and I admit they have an amazing collection of roller coasters and rides yet an issue I experienced with both parks is the staff are very rude and that ruined the experience for me. I would ask basic questions for water, or directions to an attraction and the responses were unacceptable, unfriendly, hurtful…..etc. I could go on, but it’s in the past and life must move forward!!
  : First off, 2 nights before I checked out of hotel, there was a group of teenage boys on the level my room was on and 2 evenings while I tried to relax, they made such a ruckus and stomped around, shouting near my door and they also came by my room and slapped or banged on the door (sounded like they kicked a ball too) and that was something that made me uncomfortable and miserable. I literally had to open my door and verbally say “keep it down please, thank you”. When I thought it was resolved they did it again and I really wish I told the front desk so it could’ve been handled in a more professional manner. I seem to notice this happens at every hotel I go to, and something I wish in the future that other guests would honor is something called “quiet hours”. For example from 6 pm to 6 am all guests should be respectful and quiet so other people in their rooms can relax and rest peacefully. When there is running down the hall, shouting, and the like, the evening was ruined and I couldn’t enjoy a nice evening trying to unwind and rest while eating dinner. In the future, I wish other guests would be respectful and be mindful to let other guests enjoy a quiet evening and rest without causing loud noise or annoyance where it ruins the experience for other guests (like my evening wasn’t relaxing, as I mentioned!!). Lastly I tried to go to the pool one evening and it was a bit crowded, and when I tried to do laundry, it was coins instead of a pay app which meant I took stinky clothes home. Those are the cons I experienced.

  : Everything was great! Breakfast, the pool, the staff, and the condition of the hotel itself were all perfect.
  : The only issue we had was that our key cards kept deciding to stop working. We switched out maybe four different sets of keys.

  : The room was nice and clean. I loved the bathroom.
  : Very disappointed with the fact we paid an over inflated price and then the breakfast was not kept stocked for the full service time. There was no coffee, eggs, potatoes, bagels, and only a couple of dried out sausages left and there was still 35 minutes left of the scheduled breakfast time.
