  : Hotel.is really nice, rooms were really clean and beds were comfortable. More than enough towels, plenty of parking and perfect location for whatbwe wanted. Pool was a bit cold but because it was so warm outside, the outdoor pool was great. Hot tub was also good. Having a 24 small shop for snacks was great as well.
  : Our shower had no way of turning it on, only the bath was available with no way to re-direct the water to the shower head. Also because thr plumbing is poor it must have taken an hour to drain the bath tub. This wasn't really an issue for us but when thr rooms above were showering or having a bath the water took the same time to drain whichnis very noisy. Not sure if it a general thing in the USA but they really need to use wider pipes in their plumbing systems. Only other issue was breakfast is a bit basic, it's essentially waffles, toast and cereal. It was fine but could do with a bit more variety.

  : The breakfast was below expectation. No varieties day in day out.
  : Provide more options and more varieties. Better room cleaning service. We asked for room cleaning and we were told that happens only after three days of staying. We had to ask repeatedly for new towels and toilet papers was like luxury item. They rationed bathing soap (only one was given per room) until we had to go beg for more soap. Front desk wasn’t ready to provide these needed items and the filtered water at the front desk was almost always empty. How about having a fitness room instead of two swimming pools?
