  : The swimming pool is great, and the breakfast too.
  : There was no corkscrew nor bottle opener in the room (although there was beer provided in the minibar - how was I supposed to open it?). Also, I am used to having an electric kettle to make tea in the room (available in every 3*-4* hotel), there was none. The reception guys told me that I can get all I need in the bar downstairs. Also, the swimming pool was a little bit too chlorinated to my taste; we smelled chlorine for several days afterwards.

  : the staff is full of attention to the customer and tries to satisfy every request. Clean rooms, mattress ok. Perfect thermal pool and sauna
  : in a spa hotel I would have preferred to see less ham and salami and more fruits and vegetables, especially the latter missing in the morning breakfast

  : What I liked was the hotel's space, the modernity of the organization as well as the quietness of the place. Also the breakfast was very good.
  : First of all, the hotel does not have air conditioning, especially the two rooms that were booked. The staff were helpful in changing the room, but unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning and the heating was turned on since it is a hotel for the elderly. The stairs do not have lights when going down from the first floor to the ground floor. Also, there is no water boiler and no clothes iron.

  : Rooms are well maintained and cleaned, except for the shower where we discovered a couple of unpleasant stains.Lunch is delicious if you decide to go for it for extra money.Overall, the stay was good, but it definitely was below my expectations from a 5-star hotel. It's not worth the money.
  : Several times during our short stay, we were given the false impression that something was free (complimentary) only then to find out that it was actually for extra payment. That is not something you would expect from a 5-star hotel. I don't mind paying for something extra, but I like it when it's clearly stated that this is actually extra and costs this amount of money. The building is quite old, and there is a distinctive smoke smell in many areas, especially the lobby. In our bathroom, there was a smoke smell on our second night there.Breakfast is ludicrously basic for a 5-star hotelThe thermal water in the SPA is OK, but there is still a chlorine smell that ruins the experience a bit.
