  : It was not a hotel but rather apartments.No information brochures were available. Receptionist, whilst very helpful and pleasant had little knowledge of area or things to do.

  : It was clean and tidy. The location was excellent. WiFi was good and free. Front desk person was nice.
  : No iron or ironing board. Needs better facility to hang up clothing. Water heater or something makes constant noises. Bath fixtures look nice clean but are flimsy and sometime hard to use. Toilet paper holder kept falling off wall. TV was ok but limited stations as their dish must be blocked or their service limited. When we got there someone next door had to let us in as no one answered our phone call or bell ring to be let in security door.

  : REALLY bad and unreliable wifi. we ended up having to rely on our mobile data.we stayed for 4 nights but the room was only cleaned once (no housekeeping in the weekends?!) so the bins were not emptied and toilet papers were not replenished for the last three days, which is simply unacceptable for a "hotel".the receptionist did not speak any English and was rather unfriendly (in fact she seemed rather annoyed that she had to work). also she was nowhere to be found most of the time, so when water started dripping from the boiler in the bathroom we had no one to ask for help (luckily the dripping stopped in the end).we had a "deluxe" double room but it's actually super cramped (the website says it's 194 sq feet/ 18 sq meter but our room was nowhere near that size!). you can only access the bed from one side, and there was barely any space to hang our clothes. also, there's only space for one folding chair (couldn't even fit a second chair in the room!) so it was a rather uncomfortable stay.
