: Staff responsive and kind :)
: Staff responsive and kind :) Breakfast very simple :( The area of the hotel's location has been occupied by arrivals/refugees.... We felt completely uneasy. I didn't expect something like that from Munich. Hearing German there is something special :( And wanted to fool around with the parking payment, we spent 2 days there, but wanted money for 3 days. Once again, we'll definitely never go there.... :(

: Hotel is clean, breakfast was tasty and variety. Bed was comfey.
: Be aware as female single traveler, the area where the hotel is located does not feel comfortable in the evenings and night. The hotel itself is secure.

: Location is great, within walking distance from Marienplatz. and it was absolute winner in terms of value for money.
: Nothing special, very well overall, considering price range.

: Good central location, close to railway station. A basic but clean hotel room. Breakfast quite good.
: The lingering smell of cigarette (carpet) disturbed, luckily the room had an opening window.

: A good breakfast, a very central location next to the main station, nice and caring personell. I got to my room about 4 hours before the official check-in time; after checking out on the last day, the hotel let me keep my heavy backpack in a storage room while I was exploring the city before taking an evening train, which was extremely nice and helpful. Tasty bonbons at reception :)
: The hotel in general and facilities make an impression of being slightly outdated. I didn't like the heavy and bulky key fobs and the neccessity to return them to reception each time leaving the hotel.
