  : Proximity to city center. Staff is very friendly. Cafe at the corner right outside the hotel had an awesome breakfast.
  : The street that the hotel is situated on is not being cleaned and even though it is very close to the main Munich center locations, it feels that you're not staying in a nice part of town. Parking is good 10-15 min walk to the train station, could have been closer and more convenient. There is no parking spot to load/upload luggage close to the hotel entrance. There is no ventilation in the room, so unless you open the window (which adds lots of outside noise) there is no air to breathe for 4 people. Carpet in our room was not clean and looked very outdated.

  : The property is well located to the city centre, it has lots of Restaurants/coffee shops/ grocery stores close by. The neighbourhood can seem a little challenging but it’s okay and people were pleasant. There is also a laundromat located with 6 minutes walk from the hotel towards the train station called City Dry Clean people are very nice. The rooms are spacious and very clean, no aircon but they do have fans in the room, the room window, can open two ways, (never seen these types in Australia) ask the staff to show you…. We didn’t find out till our last day …. We should have asked sooner…. as it allows more fresh air into the room. The staff, are great! Professional, helpful and friendly it was nice to be greeted with a smile each morning
  : If you need aircon we only got a fan however if you can fully open the window you will get some good fresh air through your room.

  : Really good base for exploring Munich. Area not the best but very close to city centre. Rooms were basic but comfortable and bathroom exactly what required. We stored our luggage before check in and after checkout which was really helpful
  : Breakfast was extremely basic. Rolls, bread, some jam, extremely runny boiled eggs and tea/coffee. Wasnt expecting it to be brilliant though.
