  : The location is perfect, close to the main attractions, restaurants, metro stations, and the port. Front desk service is provided at this hotel from 10 AM to 5 PM but is mainly handled by the Renaissance Hotel, located just around the corner. The staff were helpful and provided services promptly. The safe box in our room was not working, so they offered to let us store our belongings in a safe box at their hotel. There is the option to have a great American buffet breakfast with great service for only 10 euros pp if you are staying at Domus.

  : We checked in late at the hotel next door, so thats a nice option to have after reception hours. The hosts in both places are ready to answer all questions. We also received from our reception an iron, and slippers on request. Good housekeeping, with clean rooms, however there were put out cigarettes on the balcony floor maybe thrown from upstairs? (We are smokers too so we got our own box to use as an ashtray.) A nice addition to the room is the massage equipment, however one of the three equipments shown on the list was missing, which we didnt mind. We had a nice view across the street! Since we couldnt check out later, bag storage next door costs 2,5 euros so is a nice option to have. We really enjoyed the strategic placement of the property close to all major attractions that we wanted to visit.
  : There could be a little more attention to cleaning also outside. Maybe they could include ashtrays on the balcony and this could solve the problem? The value was not appropriate for the place because the bathroom was in rough shape, to the point where it didnt look clean even though it was. The tiles were cracked old and discoloured, but it got the job done. Also the big tv was supposed to be smart but you couldnt connect it to the internet to screencast your phone and watch something other than Italian tv. Lastly the door that gives you access to the floor got stuck past the 40 degree opening all the time. No lobby area.

  : the room was not clean, AC did not work properly and COLD water in the shower. very poor experience for us. I will not come again, even for this price it is not worth it.
