  : It was in a great location! The hotel was super clean and the staff amazing! The breakfast was good too.
  : Unfortunately the bed we had was very uncomfortable kind of like someone had only slept on my side forever. And the AC in the rooms was extremely loud.

  : The staff was not up to the mark in terms of how they speak to customers. Breakfast wasn’t operational on multiple days: they said they would refund it but haven’t received the refund for Saturday. The hotel was close to $250 a night including breakfast but felt like a cheap motel most of the time. Disappointed for a Hilton.

  : By time of facing cons: 1. At check-in we received a one-bed room, although we booked and paid in advance for a two-bed room, as we had two adults and a 17yo child (who obviously cannot sleep with us in one bed). The suitable room was given only the next day. We were awarded with a complimentary breakfast as an apology. 2. The front-desk staff never responded my calls from room. In general, the front-desk people were very slow making their guests wait quite a long while. 3. The beds were uncomfortable: bowed, sometimes in the center, sometimes - at edges. 4. Although we were three guests, the hotel staff gave us two sets of towels. As the front-desk did not respond call, I had to come down to inquire additional stuff, waiting for 10 minutes as the receptionists were very slow in addressing questions of other people before me. 5. There are only 2 slow elevators with 23 floors of the hotel, and during peak times (especially breakfast time) you can wait for the elevator going down for 15-20 minutes, as they come from the above floors full of other guests.
