  : The only thing that was appreciated was that the staff at the bentley hotel was kind.
  : When we arrived late in the evening, we learned that the hotel had a water leak and presented us the option of being transferred to their sister hotel the bentley hotel or cancelling our booking. Since we were tired we decided to stay the night at the other hotel, a taxi was called for us however, we ourselves payed for it without the hotel offering to pay for the transportation which I think is very unprofessional, since we had already payed a taxi for 60+ dollars to arrive at the grammercy. One of the biggest factor for us with choosing the grammercy was the location, now we were transferred much higher up on Manhattan without any contributions from the hotel. The only thing we were "compensated with" was that a fee of 75 dollars was left out. Which we STILL haven't received ever since the bentley hotel started to ignore my emails where I wrote that the deposition still hadn't been transfered to my bank account, this is the most unprofessional behaviour I have EVER encountered with. The staff at the grammercy and the hotel itself did not provide us with any extending service or courtesies. We should have been offered a much bigger discount, a better room at the bentley or even a free ride to the airport. I would not recommend anyone staying at the grammercy because of how they handled this situation.

  : it’s in a great location and the staff was very accommodating, helpful, professional and friendly.
  : I wasn’t a big fan of the curtains because I didn’t feel like they provided the ability to have sunlight and privacy. I had to choose one over the other based on where my room was located. Other than that it was wonderful.
