  : Construction, workers next to patio, were uable to sit on patio. Limited parking. No workout room. Had to wait on bed linens . Older TV's and controls broken , couldn't watch same programs

  : It was on the beach and had a private pier.
  : There were huge gnats everywhere. When I called management, they already knew about the problem and wasnt planning on doing anything about it. She had to ask me if I wanted them to come and get it sprayed. Obviously I wanted something done if Im calling to put in the complaint, but it was pointless since no one ever came to solve it. Also, there was an unannounced visit for maintenance on things we never called on such as broken knobs and switches. We were not able to lock some doors like the restrooms. We booked the place for 10 guests but was only allowed to park 1 car on the property. The second car had to be parked a few miles away by their housekeeping facility.
