  : Because I booked through Booking didnt receive all the amenities of the property. Maintenance uses with washer but it was fixed also jacuzzi tube in master didnt work.

  : Because we booked through Booking.com we were NOT. allowed to eat breakfast there. Only those guests who booked at the property got to eat breakfast there. We liked the view and the beach.
  : Our linens were stained and dirty. That includes the towels and bedding. We received a new batch if towels but they had holes and stains. Gross! The condo was dingy and dirty. My socks were black after walking around the unit for only a few hours. Things were poorly maintained. Light bulbs were out, floor was very sandy, parts of the floor/threshold were damaged, hot tub was not fully functional or clean, outdoor sink and grill could not be used because there beyond dirty, wall had a hole in it, it was missing basics like a blow dryer. Furniture was damaged. Toilet in one if the rooms looked worse than a gas stations, etc.! Lots of cockroaches on the outdoor pool deck. Kids were jumping off a walking bridge in tonthe pool AND on to a portable tent that they put in the pool. Nobody did anything to stop them.
