  : Clean, very spacious condo. Excellent huge balcony. Great view. Kitchen appliances all working / updated. AC / heat worked well. Clothes washer was good…Master bedroom w/ balcony facing the Gulf fantastic.Shared facilities: Good: Heated indoor pool (relatively small), not heated outdoor pool (adequate). Fair: 4 fitness machines - all worked.
  : Clothes dryer was weak.Condo could have provided more paper goods, more regular towels and extra towels for the beach.TV remote batteries all needed changing. (Called for assistance, spoke to manager re: one TV’s connectivity problem. No one ever came to help, nor followed up). Two back bedrooms facing the elevator/parking lot had no outdoor access/could not open windows/had slight musty, mold smell; not enough ventilation. One of two bathrooms’ fan did not work. Condo did not pay for/include beach chairs. $40 day use fee for 2 chairs — separate company. Would be nice addition if condo owners stashed a couple beach chairs in closet for use.Email & in-app correspondence were contradictory re: parking: “Free parking for 2 vehicles / $50 parking fee includes 2 vehicles.”Water was shut off for 4 hours, 10am-2pm one weekday due to renovations. Was given 13 hours notice via text msg. Mild inconvenience.Negatives / Room for improvement / suggestions:Lacking: - ice machine- vending machines- common lounge area- complimentary coffee / tea would be nice- in-person concierge / manager- include beach chairs- include more towels in general - add more hooks in bathrooms & bedrooms- include coffee filters
