  : ONLY THE ROOM WAS COOL WHEN WE GOT THEIR IT WAS A SISTER TRIP MADE AWFUL BY LIES NO BREAKFAST TOWELS DIRTY VER DIRTY ELEVATOR SHOWS SPIDER WEBS
  : the room was nothing like the pictures they wasn't private stuff that the remodeling crew was working on fell on my car sratched my car and when i went to speak to them they didn't do not one thing about the damage or bout the crew dropping stuff on my car from 4 stories up i had to park car up front where i couldn't see my car period nothing was like it was shown or stated no free breakfast linen was always out the towels had handprints on them and rude non caring WORKERS BESIDE ONE AND HE SPOKE NO ENGLISH

  : Was told no complimentary breakfast after we had checked in and gone to rooms. This was a reason we chose this hotel was the breakfast.No toiletries in room. One room has a quarter roll of toilet paper with no back up.No housekeeping was done.Construction was being done on hotel. Parking lot was blocked off with rolls of carpet and what not.Hallways were inaccessible in one case to a member of our party in a wheelchair.

  : The whole place was under construction. Everything was a mess obstacles everywhere. The room was clean but there were no shampoo,soaps nothing like that. The towels were the size of something a toddler would use thin and rough. They only had two towels in a Jacuzzi room. When we asked for more towels they were rude about it. We went to the front desk about a fan because our room was so hot the entire stay that we couldn't sleep. The AC unit worked but didn't even cool it off enough to keep you from sweating the whole time you were in the room. Needless to say after night one we were ready to go. Oh and let's not forget they take your card and then tell you they don't have the free breakfast they advertise.

  : Very comfortable beds and a few steps from the steak house. Front desk was very nice
  : Our bathroom door wouldn’t close but I asked the manager if they could fix it and he sent up the maintenance guy and had it fixed within a couple hours. They were very nice
