  : I have a complaint on the place I stayed at. Front desk was no help and informed me that I couldnt get a refund on the day I arrived and they had no other rooms available, immediately when we entered it smelled so strong of marijuana, it was absolutely terrible!!! Room was not cleaned well at all, there were hole in the wall and holes in bath tub patched with toilet paper!!!! Mold in caulking. Jacuzzi tub was dirty with a lot of long hair in jets, mirrors surrounding tub was so Disgusting it had hand prints, soap marks, water marks, etc. very un sanitary. We had no idea the pool wasnt open, never informed when booking in the office, the pool was green with algae. Very disappointed as this was something we wanted to be able to enjoy with our stay. This was supposed to be a romantic weekend with my hubby but not that at all with the nasty room and no pool access. Front desk was extremely rude and short answered and very unprofessional in my opinion.

  : Location was great...room was clean...and parking was on site.
  : The bed coverings was like a step back into the 60s with a Burger King theme...the pool was closed and the office didn't open until 9 am which made a departure for 11 o'clock appt.in Hayesville NC impossible...but overall I would stay there again.
