Disappointing

  : The location was not too bad. The room was okay.
  : I have been going to Gran Canaria for the last 5 years now, this is my 5th times going and this is the first time I got really disappointed with my hotel. The breakfast selection was really poor although I understand for the value of money its okay but this can be improve. 2nd because the apartment is so close to the dunes you have so many sands going in to your room and balcony every day and the room doesnt have air conditioning so its really hot and sticky. No complimentary drinks at all not even a bottle of water or coffee. The cleaners does come and clean everyday but to be honest they only come for 5 mins and dont really clean properly. No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom they only provide bar soap. The pool area is also dead no entertainment or even a music meaning if your expecting a bar then definitely this hotel is not for you, one more thing me and my friend were seating in the balcony at 7pm in the evening and playing some music which is not even loud. And this old man from the reception was shouting us from outside telling us to put the volume down and not in a nice way and a very aggressive way and this is their receptionist.
