  : Property is well maintained, quiet at night and always felt safe. Old trees and grounds keeping is beautiful. Staff, including reception and housekeeping, were very warm, nice and helpful. The small kitchen was helpful to make breakfast and lunch. Bathroom is small but decent size. Windows open to add breeze. Very warm water and good pressure in the shower. Tennis courts are great - reserving was easy even on day of. You can can rent rackets and balls. The unit's patio with table and chairs offered additional hangout space for eating or cards because the unit was quite small. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it was booked every night and we heard excellent comments about the food.
  : The property is an excellent price for a well-maintained, safe, and quiet accommodation. If we were to nitpick these are our improvements: As a family of four with teens, the 2BR unit felt small at times. Beds were a bit hard. Needs new pillows. One of the bedrooms was tiny - we couldn't close the door unless we pushed the beds against the wall. Only 1 BR had storage for clothes. Walking to Playa Ingles beach takes about 20 - 25 mins along the boardwalk. You can also walk across the dunes but that gets pretty tiring after the second time, and be prepared that it's a nude beach.
