  : The flat had everything we needed: comfy living room and bedroom, well-equipped kitchen. lovely shower, and small back yard with pretty garden flowers, and furniture for al fresco. Situated in a quiet residential area, only a 15 minute stroll along the harbourside to get to the bars and restaurants on the quayside, and the shops in the town centre. Great boat trips from Poole Harbour to Swanage, Brownsea Island and Sandbanks, so no need to use the car for local sight-seeing. Quay Holidays hold the key to this property and communicated all necessary information about the property and key collection via emails, well ahead of the holiday start date.
  : Quay Holidays office is in the centre of Poole with very limited parking nearby. We parked in a loading bay when collecting the keys (to avoid having to pay for parking in the multi-storey car-park round the corner). When returning the keys at the end of our holiday, we chose to leave the car at the property and walk to the office - much shorter and easier to walk than drive there. Would have been easier if the keys had been in a lock box at the property.

  : The flat was really smartly and comfortably furnished - everything was good quality and felt new and clean. It was really nice having the terrace to sit in. We love the Harbourside Park estate - it's very quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants

  : *We enjoyed the wine and the sweets left, and we thank you for your kindness.*the house was very clean, the bed linen smelled very good, as did the entire house, the decoration, the house has all the necessary utensils, cleaning materials, if necessary, they were available. I liked the concern that the person took in leaving instructions on how to use it and how to use it, it's worth a lot

  : Free parking, excellent bed, clean, quality fixtures., pleasant small garden. Walk to Poole harbour took under 15 minutes.
  : It was a touch dated but this would not stop me returning. A TV in the bedroom would be good.
