  : location is excellent and host is really friendly and helpful. would happily stay again. Really like the fact that provisions other guests have bought are left in the property for the next guests to benefit from

  : The apartment is located close to many attractions, as well as to some supermarkets. It was really easy to walk arond Rome from there. Also, the train station is really close. Good wifi.Towels were provided.
  : Could use a bit more cleaning.There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people.In the kitchen there were no napkins, no dishwashing sponge, no cleaning rags, no mop. We had to buy all that, and these are necessities.Also, the toilet seats were broken and mostly not usable. The showers were spilling all over the bathroom.

  : Area for sitting out in was more basic than expected, and the outdoor terrace was full of mosquitos so couldnt use.

  : location, two bathrooms its comfortable for 5 people.
  : Communication with the owner of the apartment. We needed to be informed exactly when we would arrive to check in. Although it is not possible to know minute by minute. We were traveling from another city by car, then we had to return it. So instead of 17:30, we arrived at 17:50 to the apartment. The whole time we were walking to the apartment, I received messages that he was already late for another check-in. Personally, I didnt feel comfortable being nervous all day and thinking about how to make the check on time. As a tourist in a foreign country, I cannot clearly know what time I will be able to arrive and check in. For this purpose there is usually either a reception desk or a self check-in. And also the apartment did not have enough towels for 5 people, there were only 2 towels

  : Great location. Very central and close to the main attractions in the city but on a quiet side street. Great and quiet patio to chill out.Nice a big apartment with two separate areas.Great for families or even 2 couples.There were actually 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. Easy to access with a card. With alarm service when you are out.
  : A part from a dripping water tap and a loose door handle there is not much negative to say about the apartment. We felt comfortable and safe. Great place to relax and have good quality time with the family after a tough day walking around Rome.

  : The location of the apartment was close to a lot of touristic places
  : The apartment has a faulty door that is very hard to open or close you dont have any handles or any place to grip it properly (it's a doorgate) The air conditioner was dripping and created a puddle on the floor, also the toilet seats on both of the toilets became disconnected
